It is with both sadness and joy that I reach out to you today to announce that Anthony Recine will be leaving Guard Hill Holdings as he continues his career path in private equity.

The unfortunate dilemma of a firm like Guard Hill Holdings, where partners invest their own personal capital, is that from time to time we can no longer satisfy the ambition of our more experienced team members. Anthony has done a terrific job during his tenure at Guard Hill, both with managing our portfolio companies and new deal generation, but is ready for his next challenge.

Anthony will be joining BHMS Investments as a Vice President on November 1st. BHMS is a New York City based private investment firm focused on the North American middle market, namely within business & healthcare services, aerospace and defense, and consumer. BHMS is interested in stressed/distressed situations, traditional leveraged buyouts, as well as buy & build strategies with enterprise value of $15 – $100 million.
